Personally, have had blue, silver, grey, and white vehicles in the past. Never went with black even though it is a really nice color for most cars. I hate seeing swirls on darker colored cars from washing and detailing. Silver, grey and white hides dirt and paint imperfections well IMHO.
Previous 2 vehicles were white, so my Toyota Tundra is silver and glad I went with that color as any stone chips and scratches are hard to see. Wife traded in the white MDX and we decided on the Diamond Graphite (same color as the Platinum Graphite south of the border). Didn't want to go with the white again since our MDX was white and Dark Currant wasn't our taste. A friend got a black 2012 QX and the amount of rain we get in the Pacific Northwest and brine/salt on the road makes keeping a black car looking clean very difficult. But I do admit, the black QX looks very sharp when clean and white is a close second. I'm just too lazy to wash the QX every week so went with a color that hides dirt well.
