Hi,

I'm new to this forum and wanted get some tips on replacing the front driver's side bottom cushion cover. The bottom cushion cover is worn out and I wanted to replace it with a new one. I know the upper back seat has the airbags in it so I didn't want it deploying on me or something else happen while I work on it.

Is it okay to disconnect all the wires that are under the seat if I have to pull the seat out and remove bottom cover off?

Any tips or instructions that I could use before tackling this job?

Thank you in advance.

remove ALL POWER from the car. wait at least an hour before you start removing harnesses and when working around air bags. stored energy can be built up for a while after key off so be aware.

Thank you. I'll disconnect the battery wire and let it sit overnight before messing with it. Anyone have any picture illustrations or service manual for this removal, just in case I might need it during this process?

Thank you.

go to x.infinitihelp dot com and grab the service manual
