Qx80 Front bumper Retrofit on 2011+ Qx56

Is it possible to retrofit a 2011 QX56 with the new 2015 QX80's headlights, fog lights, front bumper & grill without having to reprogram anything? If so, does anyone know what parts would be needed to do this & roughly how much it would cost?

anyone have any info on this? especially the headlights. I was about to purchase them for our 2014 but wanted to be sure it could possibly be just plug and play?

Bump.... I have a 2012 QX56 loaded, and am curious and want to adapt some of the QX80 Limited features

It looks like it needs the front bumper replaced, and then all lights and grills would fit, however, I believe the harness connectors on the QX56 and QX80 are a little different and require some adaptation. I don't think the harness is plug and play. I have to look at a wiring schematic.... but i can't seem to find one.

Yes it is possible see mine in the attached pics. The blinkers above the fogs had to be spliced to the headlights and you will need 2 additional dummy sensors as the 2015 has 4..

2015 bumper upgrade

For anyone thinking about doing the upgrade, it is possible;however, you will need to upgrade the parking sensors unless you enlarge the hole on the new bumper. The new LED headlights will not work if you have HID which I had.

Thats awesome did u only need grill and bumper or did u need the hood also?

• Bumper
• grill
• fog lights
  • and the flare piece between the grill and lights

$600 for parts and paint. I will say that this was the buddy hook up as he works for a custom shop where he customized several QX80s with the Larte Design kits. So parts were not an issue.

Any more of those parts laying around? how do I know if I have hid headlights? My ''11 has every option minus the tech package. I want to do this facelift including rear lights & headlights. Looks like the grille & two headlights can be had for about $1200. Just need to find bumper & tail lights.

2013 QX56 to 2015+ QX80 retrofit Grille with Camera only.

Will a 2015 QX80 grille with camera, plug and play with my 2013 QX56(grille only)? If so, does it have to be reprogrammed?

yes it will work but you will need to align the camera with the rest of the cameras.

get the service manual and it has steps the tech would use to calibrate.

Correction: the flare piece is not required to make the retrofit.

I ordered the 2015-2016 QX80 grill one ebay with out the camera and emblem. So I decided to order the front grill emblem on infinitipartsonline.com. I only received the emblem but not the black plastic mount to place emblem on grill and put front camera in. Anyone know where or how I can get the part to mount the grill and camera on the grill?
