Yep....I put the wipers on with just enough snow and ice under them that when they wanted to wipe all the way back down the linkage arm popped off.
I took off the cowell and popped the 3/4" half moon / dome shaped milky white hard plastic coupling onto the "knuckle" (ball + socket hook-up on the passenger side wiper) BUT when I tested the wipers then went up and then I heard that same "pop" when they attempted to come back down....Obviously it popped back off.
I noticed that when I went to re-attach it, there was no "snap" feeling or sound ...it did not feel solid or tight ...merely "snug" ....is there a pin or a screw that keeps it in place or is it just cracked or worn? It seems like it wants to fit but not staying in place.....HELP?
Thanks, Tom
