Where can I get the black snaps (tow cover)?

When removing the tow cover, there are two black snaps that need to be removed in order to slide it off.

Anyone know of an online outfit that sells those? What are they called?

I think those are just plastic body clips. Most of the local auto-parts stores should be able to help you out. Or the dealer.
