Weird noise when accelerating

My 2007 m35 makes weird noise when I accelerate the engine light came on and oil light came on but went back off car has 75000 miles what could be my issue

Can you describe the noise? CEL can be for many reasons, but the oil light is really only tied into the oil system. Likely a oil issue??

i’ve had the same issue but mine sounds like something could be dragging from under the car but there is nothing and think it may have to do with something with my transmission... yet i still am unsure what it is
