So I have a 2015 q40 and had the notorious output speed sensor fault which requires the entire valvebody replacement. I went with a re-furbished VB which worked for aprox 6 months. Luckily enough I was able to get a partial refund when that one failed. So next was an OEM piece which cost upwards of $2k. Its working fine now but I have two old valvebodies that have the same stupid electronic issue within the TCM. The hydraulic functions of both parts work fine.
My question is, does anyone know if some shop or individual would be interested in actually fixing these things? I hate to just throw what really are perfectly good parts (minus the TCM) in the trash...
