I couldn't get it to upload my link so youll have to copy an paste its the top video 44sec long. This this the same sound im having in the beginning of this video. Iv recently replaced both vvt solenoids bc it threw a p0014 its been fine until yesterday then this terrible rattling has started I havent drove it been sitting in my garage worried to damage it further. Im pretty sure it involves the timing guide or tensionor? The car runs an drives fine the rattle just is very worrying.
