strange idle after spark plugs

This video ( not by me) is pretty much the identical problem I am facing after replacing the spark plugs. I did everything correctly and double checked my work, bought ngk plugs.

One thing I did not do is check the plug gap but I figured that there oem plugs and should be correct. I believe this is a common problem in the 99 infiniti i30 and was wondering if anyone could help me out.

I had the same issue in my 2001 Infiniti I30. What it wound up being was the front middle coil pack needed to be replaced (very easy to do). I bought the part at Pep Boys for roughly about $50.00. Try that, and you should be good to go.
