Yesterday there was a thread on here about "Don't buy a QX"..or something to that extent. Today it's gone... the man was angry, and rightfully so, but that does not mean the moderators have a right to remove his thread.. he was expressing his frustration and should be allow to express such thoughts... there was nothing in the thread/rant that violated the TOS on this website... if y'all didn't like the headline, then maybe "edit" the Title, but otherwise leave the content of the thread. Suppressing free speech is a no no!

On any internet forum, the owners / mods have the option to delete threads they feel aren't contributing value regardless of whether it's a direct violation of the TOS or not. Freedom of speech really doesn't apply when you're posting on someone else's board. If the poster creates his/her own website, s/he can post whatever isn't illegal and express freedom of speech until s/he is tired of typing.
I didn't see the thread, but based on your description, I'm not sure we need another "Infiniti Sux" thread. As someone posted a few days ago, that's not going to get Infiniti's attention. If they just wanted somewhere to whine, there are plenty of other venues available.

Well... then there should be a general rants section that the thread could be moved too. And yes, as I've said numerous times... there will always be a few bad cars in a line up and people mainly come to forums to rant/complain rather than to praise about those bad apples. But I still think the thread should not have been deleted completely, but moved to the GENERAL forum if needed.

I agree...isn't that the purpose of a forum? There is good and bad discussed in all forums. The OP was just posting their frustrations....right or wrong they were legit. As was said Infiniti doesn't read this forum and i'm pretty sure they aren't paying to support this forum. I don't recall seeing many 'Infiniti Sucks!' post but the truth of someone's experience doesn't warrant the deletion of the post. This is already a quiet forum compared to the other Infiniti models.

This is a tough one. Frustrated and angry yes I get that, I would be too, no questions.
I'm on some boards where there is a drunken rants section. No holds...lurker beware, put it here. It all accumulates there, you can choose to go or not.
Bottom line though, the board is owned by the moderator. I can respect that.
