Rear window washer.

Just wondering of anyone can tell me if the rear washer on a 2007 QX56 sprays or streams onto the glass?

should be a fine fanned spray. should not trickle out.

What about 2012? Because mine just trickles out, no spray.

mine (2011) comes out in just a thick stream in the middle of the glass - I assumed normal - not so?

My 2012 has a stream as well, not spray or fanned mist unfortunately. Same as the front washer jets. Although the front you get three streams for each side, I would have preferred a misty spray for both sides. No big deal I suppose.

I have 2005 and it's thick stream down the middle...kind of a waste...

That stream is the BIGGEST WASTE... anyone know if there is a replacement nozzle or plug to make it fan-out mist-like??

There is just a stream, we found that a mist did not get enough material, washer fluid on to the glass when driving due to the air turbulence at the rear of the vehicle.

I was just about to add that MJ...

No way a mist would even touch the glass the way the rear spoiler is designed on these vehicles. The stream actually will blow off before it gets very far down the window as well. Yes it does take more washer fluid than we think may be necessary but it's clean in the end regardless.
