QX 56 Software update

My wife has a 2008 QX56. I just bought my daughter a 2012 G37S .
The new car has a much better set of features for the Nav / Phone. eg. you can upload your entire contact list. Any way to update the 2008 to the new infiniti software ?

yoiu can contact your local infiniti dealer and ask them if there are nav software updates avail. if there is one, you will have to go into the dealer and they will perform this update using their CONSULT software.

You can update the nav maps by purchasing them online. You can do that by clicking on the link below:

As far as updating the software to match the new G37, that is not supported.

be advised when you update the software via navteq, you are just purchasing a code to give to the dealer. the dealer needs this code to install any nav updates to the HDD.

EDIT: im talking about the 08s and up that use the HDD system
