Power lift gate issues

Hello, I have an issue with power lift gate.
It works only from inside with a push in a button. I cannot auto close or open from the key, and from buttons on the power lift gates. The power Door is On. Any suggestions on how to fox this issue? Thanks!

This fixed a similar issue for me. And that was after I bought a new latch and all that did not fix the problem.
Disconnect your battery for 30 minutes. I did for a couple of minutes and it did not work. Be patient and wait 30 minutes.
Reconnect the battery after 30 minutes and try. Mine was reset and still works to this day.
