Hello I have an 2000 model Infiniti i30 and it has an oil leak that’s leaking onto the muffler or Exhaust manifold could anyone tell me what’s going on and where I could start or someone who has had similar issues.

Well it could be a number of things have you checked the cam covers? The gasket may have failed. Not sure where the oil sending unit is on the i30 engine but it could leak too. Pop the hood and look around fir any wet spots on the engine. It could be a so many thing. Have you or have had any recent work done?

I would see if you can find a free inspection and they can put it up on a lift and look at it, they can usually tell where is is coming from once it is up on a lift.
