eh, i didnt really buy the car for the looks--i bought it for the tech.

the style of the qx is unique, just like the armada was, but in all of the top ten at this article you linked, the qx is the prettiest of them all imo.. ;)
 
I did not like the looks of them when they first came out so we bought a 2010 instead. By 2012 they had grown on me after seeing them on the highway so we got a 2012 and love it.

Look at this this way. People only dream of fairy tale castles. We on the forum live in/drive the dream. As such, they can kiss my whatevers. I know what I own and choose to drive and not because it pleases the writers of such articles. My other vehicle, by the way, was and still is considered butt ugly by most...May be I just love "ugly":D

TBH, the best view of the QX is the side. The front is not flattering ( I think the headlights are too far apart) and the rear is just meh.

But oh the side view...
 
I wasn't a fan of the exterior styling when I purchased, I bought it mainly because of the interior. I always called it my Beluga Whale since that's what it reminded me of. The inside had everything I wanted, nice leather, wood grain, large nav and especially blue tooth. I came from a GM product that made me pay to use the onstar phone while everybody else was using their own phone. The truck was big for my family and kids friends to pile into. It rode great and was comfortable for long trips that we take. It was everything I wanted inside.

The other day I was walking outside and thought to myself, "I really like the way it looks". I guess it has grown on me cause now I really like it. Even stare at others coming at me down the road.
