No heat on floor which actuator is bad ?

05 qx56 no air blow on the floor all the other vent work when i switch to def or front vent i can hear the ticking noise bad actuator i am thinking but when i switch to the floor i hear nothing how do i know which actuator is it i look up online and see there 3 to 5 actuator does anyone know which one is for the floor vent.

grab the service manual and lok at the drawings. there is also a procedure in there that will allow you to test the blend doors actuators by manually changing the air flow with the fan speed on max. this may help dislodge a "stuck" blend door.

I dont have a service manual for it does anyone have one that can tell me how to do this or know how to do this. i would greatly appreciate it i try searching the web and can't find anything on it.
