Hey guys, I just joined today and am a member of a few other car forums. I find these sites to be helpful, in diagnosing and fixing common issues. Anyway, onto my issue I have a 2000 I30 with 152k on it. Just recently the blower fan under the dash started making all kinds of squeals and chatters. Once the bearings in the motor actually blew and seized the motor. I went and bought a new blower fan motor from advance. Installed and the fan runs great. But when I put it back in the dash and turned the ac or heat on. Barely anything is coming out of the vents, I checked the doors under the dash those seem to be opening fine. But its almost as if something is blocking the rest of the air or something. Because the fan is running on high but I am almost getting nothing out of the vents on heat or ac. I have no idea where to go from here. Any help is appreciated guys Thanks again.
