need new shocks and struts for 2000 i30t

I was going to purchase some shocks on ebay for my car. I was wondering if I should just get some half way decent ones or pay the 430.00 for some of the Tokico HP blue shocks???

They somewhat work the same. If you like the soft OE style ride go get the cheaper ebays. More sportier/firm tokico or kybs

I just installed new sensen struts on the front of my 96 i30 and what a difference they made in the ride, I have 224,000 miles on her and she is still a head turner in great shape, bought the struts off eBay for $58 and compressor tool for $49 and it was a breeze to install.
