Need more KB bytes to post pics?

Well...after a half hour trying to post pics of more installs...it appears my pics are too large....not sure how? My cameral is on VGA...and the pics are simple still shots of items. It tells me I am exceeding over the 97.7 KB bytes to post?
Moderator maybe you can help? I can't make the camera get "smaller" bytes than I have on VGA?

As an alternative, you can upload the images to a hosting site and then display them here by using the "Insert Image" button (
insertimage.gif
).

I googled "free image hosting" and the first 2 results are www.postimage.org and www.tinypic.com.
 
Well...ok......i never had to for the last ten pics I posted....will try again..
