Need help with four wheel issue

I have this issue for 2yrs now and the dealer couldnt figure it out, it comes and go while driving high/low speeds no specific conditions it just shows up and go sometimes it stays for few minutes.

what model year?
any trouble codes present at the obd port?

if you switch to 4WD just to test do you notice anything? does the car drive funny?

hard to say over the internet. could be a faulty 4WD switch, coud be a faulty wiring issue, a BCM issue, a TCM issue, wiring issue.

if there are no codes, it may be an issue with the display.

im not a mechanic, just speculation on parts of the car that could affect this.

2011 model
no codes (dealer checked) and the 4w works perfect tried the high and low several times no issue just the display of this error and the car drives normal nothing changed.

then its possibly an issue that does not trip a sensor or throw a code, so it may be a display panel isssue.
