Need advice on buying '01 I30T, 103,000Km

I have found a really nice used '01 I30 with 103,000Km. Asking price is $9,999.00. Is this an opportunity I should not turn away from? Are there any problems I should be looking out for? I'm not sure what to do.

An I30? hm... Heck man, that sounds like a steal! that's, what, 64000 miles? that's a pretty good deal. You should really look into it. ya know, check for a clean title, check oil and all other parts often replaced, tread on tires, stuff like that. If it's all good, I'd say jump on it.
