Loud cabin noise

I have a 2012 QX56 that we just bought and it seems to have a loud, almost hollow, cabin noise when going over bumps. It's almost as if the bass is turned up really loud and it comes from the rear. Ride is great just makes noise. Anyone else have this issue or is this just standard for the car.

Two things I would check. If you have crossbars over head check to make sure they are tight.
Check your side mirrors. Both the passenger side mirror and right front crossbar clamp were loose on our 12 when we got it new. Not much but each were just enough to make that kind of rattle when jolted as low speeds.

Yep I test drove one last night and noticed the same thing. Sorta like when one window is down and you get that cabin pressure pounding or almost like a faint drum noise when you go over a bump. Very low pitch, can almost feel it. Drove me nuts.
