License Plate LIGHTS

Hey I'm new to the forum. I just got a fully loaded black on black 2012 QX56.
I bought LEDs to replace the OEM lights for the license plate but I have difficulty reaching the lights. I was wondering if anyone has found a way to replace them.

i answered your question over a the other forum (nico).

you have to remove the back finisher carefully to gain access to the license plate lamps, its the only way.
