Key FOB Battery cr2025 in case you wanted to know

yeah, Key Fob, the cool thing is it told my wife on the dash display that the battery in the key fob was weak. The key fob just pops open with your fingernails, and a sony cr 2025 was in there.
You can get a five pack through amazon, Energizer, from a small seller named 'mybattery supplier'. Four bucks and change, free shipping, no tax.(yet)
I have ordered from them in the past , shows up in a envelope in a couple days, pretty quick. Always good fresh batts.

In case you have to replace your fob battery. Our 2011, is coming up on labor day birthday (when we bought it) Almost two years, the other key fob seems good. I usually keep a spare battery in the glove box for my Lexus, will do the same in the QX.
Information you can use, in case you wanted to know,, or delete if this has been addressed already.

Thanks for bringing it up Parrot. I've noticed recently a couple of times when my entry lights didn't illuminate upon approach or I had to move around some to get the door pad to unlock the door. I'm guessing my battery probably could be replaced as well. I did one time get a symbol on the dash that disappeared rather quickly and hasn't come back up. Think i will just replace both and keep the other three as spares.
