Hello my my name is Rudy. I just bought my second 2013 2nd Gen QX56 after a 3 week ownership of the last one. Came here trying to get some insight into why my last 13 QX56 had factory remote start but this one does not have that option available. I’m getting mixed messages on the story.

Yes. Build date was 2 months before my last one. That’s when they made the switch in programming for infinity connect.
