Intermitent loss of power

I have a 2002 i-35 my car idles perfectly but occasionaly while driving I lose all response to accelerator . abs and traction control light pops on for bout 3 seconds then i get my acceleration back. Lights in vehicle do not dim when this happens just mph gauge drops and those lights pop up.Any ideas?

Tried driving with traction control turned of. still happens. cleared old car codes and drove till engine light came back on. Now im getting po 011 will this cause this to happen? What needs to be addressed?
