Hello. That is a great question, and it's a common one with the Infiniti M37. The center console is a bit of a tricky thing to get apart if you don't know where the clips and bolts are. The good news is that you can replace the armrest without having to remove the entire center console. The armrest lid is a separate piece that is held on by a few bolts.

Here's a general guide on how to get it off. The first thing you need to do is open the armrest and look at the hinge. You should see a plastic cover that you can pop off. Underneath that cover, you will find a few bolts that hold the armrest lid to the console. You'll need a socket wrench to get them out.

Once you have the bolts out, the armrest lid will come right off. You can then replace the old one with the new one. It's a fairly simple process, and you should be able to get it done in about 15 minutes.

You can also find a lot of videos on YouTube that will show you exactly how to do this. You should search for "Infiniti M37 center console armrest replacement." Watching a video will give you a better idea of what to expect and what tools you will need.
