how to remove the rear spoiler from qx56 2005

I need to replace the rear window hinges as the screws corroded and broke off. Luckily I was able to catch the window. But I am having trouble removing the rear spoiler to get to the hinges underneath it. I have removed 5 screws already, but the sides of the spoiler still aren't budging.

double sided tape....

thanks, I just don't know how to remove the double sided tape! there is no good way to get a utility knife in there without harming myself....may be taking this to dealer. Just wanted to save 165$ for labor.....
