Purchased a Gibson cat-back system from Amazon. Killer price and shipped and received it within 3 days. I couldn't wait and put it on the next day. Total time for me 2.5 hours (including a 20 minute test drive).
The new system with the old stock system. I had to make one cut to the stock exhaust just behind the muffler

the tie ins into the resonator, significantly larger diameter pipes.

Every stock hanger was easily used. A very well put together kit. Not pictured is the 3.5" polished tip.Be sure to soak your bolts with WD-40 before trying to wrench them off and to save some muscle. Let me know if you all have any questions

looks great. Any noticeable gains? I'm thinking about picking up a K&N intake and doing something with exhaust. Also, how does the note change? I love the rumble of the 5.6 L with my 2005.

I love the sound. The Gibson system is pretty mellow. You can hear the sound in the videos. I got a K&N drop in as well. I saw 18-19 MPG on a trip to Phoenix last week. Thats was with 5 people and the back completely loaded.

Sounds good. Any drone at all with this system?
