I have a 2010 QX56, and I have had to work on very little on this vehicle. I have made sure the A/C was properly recharged, changed the cabin air filter, changed the drivers side blend door actuator, and check the blower motor. The front air vents have practically no airflow through them, but if I switch to defrost or floor, there is a good amount of airflow. I believe there may be a clog potentially, but not sure where to start. I saw someone made a similar post 5 years ago, but it did not look resolved, and I hope we can get this resolved soon!

Thanks in advance!

there are a couple of blend door actuators in the dash, so you may have another one thats bad. of course there could actually be some physical blockage in there, but cant determine that unless you pull the dash...

I am not sure the actuator is bad, as it switches pretty easily from Defrost vents to floor vents. There is also no clicking anymore. I haven't found any videos showing how to take a part the dash, any chance you have one?

i recall there is more than one actuator in the dash, at least for the driver and passenger. if you put it into split mode are you seeing the same issue occur? i guess so but wanted to ask.

so even though you did all of the things you did in your first post, you did not notice ANY change in airflow? did you buy this car new or is it s recent, used , purchase? if you have had it new, did this issue just happen all of a sudden? or if you had it used, did you always have the issue? just trying to get some context..
