Does anyone have two kids?

We have a 1 year old and talking of another one. We also have a nanny.
Our vehicle is the 7 seater with a console.

It's a stupid question but with both kids in car seats right behind the front seats, how would we get anyone in the third row if you can't fold the seats down?

Anyone had this "issue"?

what some have done was to remove the center console. this gives you a pathway to the back seat.

I have two kids and one is in a full size car seat that uses the child buckle slots in the seat. The other is in a booster seat that can easily be picked up and moved for the 3rd row passengers. If you're only talking of a second child right now your 1 year old may be in a booster seat by the time your second child arrives.

I don't have kids so I have no personal experience but I saw an suv ad recently that had a child car seat in the second row that collapsed with the seat to allow for third row entry. Any of you guys recall what manufacturer that was or what child safety seat it was? The seat might work with the qx? Just a thought.

The Infinity JX35 has a tilt forward seat to allow access to the 3rd row, even with a full size car seat. It would be nice to get this feature in future models of the QX56.

I have an 8 year old and 19 month old and have both kids in 2nd row. I removed center console for easy access to the rear seats. After oldests car seat is removed soon, access to third row will become much easier.
