Engine Ticking or slight Knocking

Hi guys, trying to get some help here with my 2019 Infiniti QX60, Pure model, 110,000 miles.

Recently started hearing a ticking/slight knocking sound from the engine and wanted to get some feedback on diagnosing the problem.

Oil changes are regularly done, actually just did a fully synthetic high mileage oil change adding Lucas engine oil stop leak additive but no luck. Sounds like the dreaded ‘lifter tick’ or ‘rod knock’ syndrome.

Any thoughts?

Let me guess, the Dealer said you needed a new Engine because there is sludge ... I wish the class action suit get started on all Infiniti's from 2018-2020 its a shame they won't admit bad engine design..
