Gents, had my baby since 2011 and have always noticed that the belt or fan noise from engine compartment has always been loud but just today i said maybe this is not normal? Is this normal? Im going to youtube some qx's

should not hear the belt.
if its hot in your area and the engine room temps are getting up there, the mechanical fan (i LOVE the fact these cars have those) will kick in and it will sound like this when you press on the accelerator pedal:
"whhhhhhoooooooooooooooooosssshhhhhhhhh"..
if it sounds like a MACK truck when you are accelerating, this is completely normal!
sometimes when the car cranks up, the engine will kick this fan on for a few seconds--i LOVE the sound...
so, I think you are referencing that. it will for sure come on with the AC on and the engine room temp high and/or you are in stop and go/idling traffic.
