Driver side door hinge / arm

My driver side door arm is binding inside the door. I'm assuming it's a pin or something that is loose. Has anyone had this? I assume that I'll have to take the door panel off, plus weather protection and inspect, tighten, or repair? I have a few other things going wrong with the car so may have dealer do some work...

my door doesnt shut right on my 08, my body guy quoted me 200 to take off the door and rehang it

Jeff, I have a 2011 QX56 and noted the same thing. I found the screws/bolts that the door hangs on to the vehicles body ... some were finger loose. Tightened them up with a socket and wrench and all has been well to date.

Same here...I tightened them (checked all 4 doors) probably 2 years ago and no issues since then.
