Digital Speedometer Display?

Is this an option somewhere for the 2012 QX56? Seems really wierd that a car with some many high tech features does not have the ability to show a digital readout of the car's speed. I'm fairly tall so the steering wheel sits right in my line of sight for the speedometer which requires me to duck down to see how fast I am going.

2007 Q56 Ticking Noise near the Back of Dashboard

I just noticed a Ticking noise in the dashboard. Its ticks about 5 times, when I start my Truck, then I hear it when I turn my truck off. Thats it. I dont hear it while driving. My truck doesn't run any different, still runs good.

could be a stuck vent door in the HVAC system. turn your hvac system on high and change the air flow settings to different sections form defog, to face to floor with the fan speed on high. see if you hear any noise you mention.
