Hi, Any of you have information or video instructions on how to configure dash cam (dual drive recorder) on 2024 QX60? I searched online and couldn't find anything detailed. Thanks!

It's no wonder you can't find a detailed video on it; the "dual drive recorder" is the official name for the OEM dash cam accessory from Infiniti, so the information isn't out there like it would be for a regular aftermarket dash cam.

The instructions for these types of accessories are usually very specific to the product and are often found in a separate manual that should have come with your vehicle. It is not always included in the main owner's manual. The manufacturer's design for these systems is often very simple, with limited user customization. They are meant to be set up once and then left alone.

The most likely place to find the instructions for how to configure it is in a separate manual that should have been in your glove compartment. If you don't have that manual, you should contact the dealership where you purchased the car. They would have installed the accessory, and they would have a copy of the installation and user guide. They should be able to either send it to you or walk you through the configuration process.

Typically, with these OEM systems, the main configuration options are for things like motion sensitivity and whether the recorder should be active when the car is parked. If you're looking to format the SD card or view the footage, that's usually done through the vehicle's infotainment system.

So, your best bet is to go to the dealership. They are the experts on this specific accessory and can give you the most accurate and detailed information.

Thanks Victor, appreciate your inputs. I will check with the dealership.
