Center Console/Infotainment Unresponsive

Hi, I'm a new Infiniti owner (first one). I bought the car used (2012 M37X) and it's been about a month. My information center console is non responsive. No audio, climate control or radio functions work in the center nor any audio, however, all of my steering wheel controls work and navigation still seems to be intact. This is my first time in the forum and I have yet to do a search, as I was hoping that I could find some answers quicker by asking and doing some digging myself. PLEASE HELP!! thank you!

I had the same problem when by mistake I reseted my multimedia system you need to buy a consult2 or 3 to rewrite everything
