Hi Group - My 1998 infiniti i35 t is cutting off at stoplights and today, cut off while I was driving it!

I have a few ideas but wanted to know if anyone has had this happen and knows what it could be?

I used my at-home code reader and it came up: O2 sensors, Evaporative Vacuum Cannister....

Would either of these cause the car to literally cut off or not get fuel?
Thanks!

Hi John,

Unfortunately, I have not had time to take it in (I was driving another car).... I will let you know as soon as I find out - any thoughts or ideas from you?

Hi AZ
I haven’t either beyond searching YouTube vids which all seem to say similar things so I’m gonna start with the cheapest things first like removing corrosion from the battery cables and getting the battery charged and a new air filter and fuel filter and then move on to the possible issues that cost more money.
