i should say you will see varying degrees of opinions on this question -- some people swear by powerstop and some believe they are not as effective . the slots in the rotors can act as a cheese grater to your pads, and i've seen people complain about getting cracks around the holes on the power stops. these trucks are heavy and need as much surface area as possible so the pads can bite on them.
they have a nice look to them and as i say some folks like them. i had oem pads and rotors on my 2012 qx as well as my 2008 and 2006 armadas. i drove those cars like i stole them and never had any issues with stopping, squeaks, etc.
i don't have a horse in the race either way - i dont work for nissan nor do i get paid by them -- its just my opinion. im also not a brake mechanic, just an enthusiast.
someone will come behind me and say either package are great for their use case as well. :-D
