Hi there,

Yesterday I was trying to replace a brake light bulb for my 1999 Infiniti I30. This is the brake light attached to the top part of the trunk that opens up. As I was trying remove the inside cover (which kinda looks like a cheap carpet), I kept breaking those plastic buttons/clips (whatever you call them) holding the cover. So I stopped taking those out before I break all of them. Are there any tools I can use to remove those buttons/clips without breaking? Also, is it easy to access the brake light bulb and replace by myself? Thanks for your help in advance!

Don't get wrong.
Remove the carpet on the 11 year old car... I did and its much better.... But you can use two screw drivers to do that. But Snap-on tools has a special fork for big bucks to do that as well.
The name is typically Christmas tree, since it looks like one upside down.
