Bought. QX56 and am a new member

We bought a QX on Friday. I'm hoping we got a good deal. We got a 2wd with theater, as well as the cargo mat and net, cross rails, illuminated door sills... I believe sticker was $63,500. We paid $56,700. So far we love the car . Not sure we will love the gas mileage though ... Oh well!

I think we were taken on the maintenance plan though... They said they gave it to us at cost but I don't think they did now that I've had time to research. I am working with the dealer to resolve that matter. Anyone know what is the cost on the Elite 1 plan for 3 years?

We are having one problem... When I use the USB port for my iPod... The music sounds all garbled. It happens on my iPhone 4s too. It seems fine with my hubby's ipod though. All are up to date with regard to software.

The price is great if you got a 2012 so you should feel great. I wrote about the upsells a few posts back, I broke mine down by option, so I am not sure if you bought a good deal for the whole package.

Yep! It's a 2012. I have worked the dealer a little and I think we have come to an agreement on the maintenance package. I'll see when I get the paperwork in the mail .

I think it was the cables fault. I am going to order a new cable.

$56,700 is quite a bit under invoice. Are there really dealers out there selling under invoice? I believe holdback is about $900 for this vehicle.

Welcome to the QX56 forum! glad you are here. There is a lot of knowledge here on the forum, so post your questions.

Don't worry about fuel mileage, I'm sure you didn't buy it for 40mpg. That 5.6 V8 will pull stumps if you wanted to.
