I just bought a CPO 2012 QX56. Couldn't seem to download my phonebook to the car, just the recent call history. Infiniti's website shows my phone, the Motorola Droid Razor, as not being compatible for phonebook download. Anyone found a way around this ( other than entering each manually)?

Actually, instead of doing it manually you can download it with bluetooth. This is how I did it. I too have a Droid. Faster than typing it in manually.

Option 1: Adding Contacts Via Bluetooth (depends on phone compatibility):

On your vehicle:
Press the "Phone" button
Select "Vehicle Phonebook"
Select "Add New"
Select "Copy from the Handset"
On your phone:
Touch the "Home Key" as required for the Main Screen
Touch "Square icon" on bottom right corner
Touch "Contacts"
Touch contact person that you want to transfer
Touch the "Menu Key"
Touch "Share"and then touch "OK"
Touch "Bluetooth" from "Share Via" window
Touch "MY-CAR"
On your vehicle:
Select "Voicetag" to record a name for the Voice Recognition system
Select "Store"
Say the name of the contact after the tone
Select "OK" to save the entry

I discovered this yesterday as well. Saves time from keying them in, but it is baffling that you can transfer one, but not all, of your contacts. Was surprised how few phones can actually do all the Bluetooth functions!
