Just thought I'd share a story with Infiniti of Orland Park, IL
Wednesday on my way to a meeting I picked up a piece of metal in my driver side rear tire, made it to the exit off the interstate and a local tire shop. After waiting for them to open they found it was too close to the sidewall to repair and offered to put on my spare tire (since they didn't have one).
Called my infiniti dealer and headed that direction. Talked to my service tech (use same guy for both my infiniti's) and said can you either get me a tire or a loaner car. He said they'd have the car waiting to go when I got there and he'd figure out the tire situation. Got my loaner car, and was out the door. Heard back a few hours later that they had a tire they could 'pull off' one that just showed up and gave me $50 off normal price (man those 22" tires are pricey!). Had the truck done a few hours later and I returned the loaner.
That just rocked in my book - calling last min, getting a loaner for a flat tire, and getting same day repair.
Now the $300 bill... that was another story..
