99 I30 Security Problem

I've recently had my starter replaced and since then sometimes the car will not start, it appears like it may be a security issue but i'm not sure. Sometimes when I try to start it i get nothing but 1 click, after I wait a min or so it will start. I lock and unlock the car with my remote, i've tried unlocking and re-locking using the remote but it doesn't seem to help my issue.

Could there be something that needs to be reset in the car's computer system?
