2016 Q50 3.0T Red Sport

I'm in the market for a luxury sport sedan and this car caught my eye. Before heading to the dealer for a test drive can anyone comment from an owner perspective the pros/cons? I'm specifically looking to hear about:
1. Direct adaptive steering package option.
2. Tire longevity and options; run flats, spare tires, etc.
3. Maintenance schedule, is it the same as the other Q50 models?
4. Electronic controls and buggy software.

I have had my Red Sport 400 since May and have put 23,000 miles on it. It is a GREAT car - except for the run flat Dunlops. Mine started cupping at 20,000 miles, but I just replaced them with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ and it transformed the car.

Anyone that has this car should consider this change
