2015 QX80 Rear Suspension issue...Sagging in the back (air suspension not working)

I have a 2016 QX80 wit a sagging rear suspension. I have checked the fuses and the set to be ok. I don't have a CK SUSP light on my dash. I've tried the DIY checks on YouTube but nothing works. I can't find the air ride compressor relay which in supposed to be on the engine compartment. Anyone have any suggestions?
If you haven’t done it yet, spray a soap + water solution where the air lines connect to the compressor, shocks and on the shock bodies to rule out any leaks. The most common DTC related to the sagging rear air leveling suspension is a C1803; this, along with other related DTCs for the rear air leveling suspension won't always trigger the CK SUSP light. To avoid having to replace costly parts that aren't defective like the height level sensor or the even more expensive air levelizer control module, find a reputable shop that utilizes a full range scan tool. It'll be able to read any DTCs from the rear air leveling system.

ok good to know! I have a local place replacing the Rear Hight Sensor as that went out. When that gets in we will see if that fixes it....if not, they will at least be able to go form there to see what may be the issue.

FYI, I wanted to update (incase it helps anyone else). The shop was able to find a rear height sensor, get it replaced, and that corrected the issue. They charged $680 total which is of course a lot of money, but overall pretty reasonable relatively speaking. Hopefully that is all that I have to deal with for a while in that. At least I know that may be the main issue if it happens again before having to go with thousands of dollars for a whole new system. Thank you all for your help!
Do you know if I can run one hight sencer as they have 2 I think

Hey everyone. I just recently noticed the rear is no sagging down (just suddenly noticed it one morning). The Vehicle rides fine, but obviously not good to keep as is. Looking at local places, it seems like they don't want to mess with the infinity air suspensions. I can take it to a bigger city 2 hours away and probably pay an arm an a leg to get it fixed. Anyone have the same issue OR has anyone made the change to a standard non-air suspension kit? I can't seem to find one for the AWD with the deluxe package (one place highlighted theirs does not work with the deluxe package that has all the bells and whistles). Any help/suggestion is greatly appreciated!
Mine was
Doing the same if you disconnect the ride hight sencer and jump the plug the compressor should come on if not you need a compressor

Feedback is appreciated. I have a 2015 QX80 with a sagging rear suspension. I've had the air compressor and both sensors replaced, I've had fuses, relays checked and even had the system reset. The compressor turns on once the vehicle starts but the rear never raises or levels up. I'd love to hear from anyone that has experienced this or believe you know what the issue may be. I know it's hard without seeing.

so the pump is working but the rear end is not lifting? perhaps there's a leak? you did not mention changing hoses -- did you visually check the hoses and points of attachment where they connect to the suspension?

Thank you for your response. Correct, I hear the compressor kick on once starting the vehicle, yet the rear never raises. I can only place two fingers between the tire and fender. It use to be 4 or 5 fingers.

I had a my local mechanic install the new compressor and he seemed familiar with how the lines worked, into the chassis I believe he said. I trusted that he verified that but I think I'll try and test it myself. I had wondered if it could be the rubber boot, but then thought the likelihood of both of them going at the same time was probably slim.

i assume you dont have hbmc?

i attached the service manual for the suspension control system, in case you dont have it. the first half deals with the hbmc and starting around page 49, it deals with the air bag suspension. perhaps this can be of help to you as you try and source your issue. its possible there is a leak somewhere

@marctronixx Thank you very much. The manual will be extremely helpful. I agree, I'm thinking we have a leak.

What did you Change for it not to saggy ?

Ride height sensor was my issue. $60 part from Amazon and 2 bolts and 1 clip (1/2 of labour DIY). You tube has videos.

Posting here since the forum was a lot of help in helping diagnose and correct the problem on my 2016 Infiniti qx80. I knew the compressor was in rough shape for a while. It finally quit on me in mid-December (I noticed it after hauling a bunch of material for an ice rink). I ordered a new compressor from partsgeek ($320ish) and installed it, ordered a new relay and checked the fuse, nothing happened. I brought it into a local shop to have them check if any errors codes were showing up. During their diagnostics they came back and said the exhaust/out ports on the new compressor were leaking and that the system would not hold pressure. Blamed it on the cheap plastic fittings and recommended I order a replacement part from Infiniti/nissan. I ended up getting a 2nd compressor from Genuine INFINITI Parts | INFINITI Parts & Accessories Online and installed that one. It did not correct my problem automatically, but when I brought it back to the local shop they were able to reset the ride height on the system and everything is working as it should. Somewhere along the line I found this while searching for potential problems. "OE service manual + diagnostic tool in order to set the correct ride height anytime the compressor or ride height sensor is replaced." I could not do that on my own.

Did you ever figure out what was causing the suspension to not lift? I have the same exact issue in my wifes 2015 QX80 and done the same replacements etc...
