2012 QX56 Tuneup

Hi Forum,

I have a 2012 QX56. I brought my truck used about 6 years ago. I haven't had a tune-up since I had the truck. How often should I get a tune-up? The truck runs fine. Just thinking about when should i get a tune-up for the truck.

you can read the maintenance book here to give you some ideas, or reach out to a local infiniti shop. when i had my 2012 qx, i went by this booklet. never had any issues with that car. it was a tank -

i always got the bg flush and fill or whatever it was called service for the tranny. i think i had them do the maf sensor air intake system as well. i didn't have a garage with tools, space and time to do these tasks as my convenience was more important to me. i even had the dealer do the fancy ester oil changes.
so if you have a home garage and time, maybe some of these things you can do yourself.

im sure if primo sees this, he may chime in an give his two cents on what he does since he does most of his work on his own...
