Need help from the experts. My 2012 qx56 started to act weird.
It won’t start on occasional. When I hit the ignition button eclberytbjbf is on but engine won’t start or the starter.. fees minutes
Later it works fine ... the battery looks good .. I’ve read that it may be a bad ecm relay but I couldn’t find the ecm anywhere under the hood .

Or the ipdm?!
Attached is the only thing I see. No ecm relay

can you re-type what you mean here?

if you are facing the engine in front, in the top left in the back of the engine is a black square box. relays are in there.

ECM, BCM, IPDM are all suspects. get a code reader and put it on the obd port to see if any codes appear. autozone or places like that have a code reader if you dont have one (i encourage you to get one).

at some point it maybe worth the cost to pay the diag fee and have infiniti smoke over the car, because it could be a faulty sensors or some other "rabbit hole" part that no one over the internet can figure out.

by the by, there is no attachment.

That kind of sounds like what happened to mine. I will hit the start button and everything will turn on but the car would not start.

If you do not fix it soon, your car will leave you stranded somewhere. So, make sure you have AAA while you are driving this car like this with intermittent starts. Mine left me stranded at Walmart. I called AAA and a tow truck was there 15 minutes later. And my Infiniti which I had cleaned and it was very clean and shiny was on a tow truck for about 35 miles to get to my preferred Infiniti dealership where the warranty work was done.

Dealership said it was Transmisson Module Control System. $2,400 job at dealership. My extended warranty paid every single dime of it. Well, I paid $100 deductible.

Here is a link to my thread to read about it.
