2012 QX56 Sputtering and loses power.

Every 20-30 miles my 2012 qx56 loses power and starts sputtering. It won’t go past 2k rpms.
I disconnect the battery for a minute and then the car is good to go for another day or two.
I just switched out the MFS and that didn't help.
It has about 160k miles.
Any ideas?

check for any DTC's? any more info? did you just purchase it? had it since new? did this just happen out of nowhere or did you have signs of this happening? what kind of fuel do you use? done any modifications to the engine? any more info you can share?

Sorry for take so long to reply. The car started to sputter again today and actually lost power at a stop sign. The check engine light came back on and is P0300 it says cylinder misfire.
