So my qx wore the rear tires pretty bad on both insides so I had 2 new tires put on and an alignment done. As you would guess the camber was off, but once that was adjusted they could not get the left rear toe set. The tech came and got me and repeated the whole process so that I could see for myself. We then proceeded to push, pull and pry everywhere possible to try and find a worn or bent part or bushing and found nothing. It was clear that there was absolutely no adjustment left on the toe adjustment bolt. I’m looking for some help or tips. The shop only charged me for the tires since they couldn’t do the job right.

was this at an infiniti dealer?
do you have HBMC installed?
what size tires? was this the first time you had an alignment done?
did you buy the car used or are you the only owner? was the car in an accident? did it have frame damage?

No it was not at a infinity dealer.
Has air system.
275/45/22
3rd time on alignment.
Bought used, first set run out fine.
No accident no frame damage.
I’m a 11/2 hour drive from the dealer so know I’m not going that far for them to get it on the rack and hang me out to dry for $5000 worth of parts that I will not be shown the defect in and purely have to take their word for. I didn’t take it to Pete’s economy alignment, it went to a reputable shop.

"air system". i dont know what you mean. HBMC is Hydraulic Body Motion Control System. just wanted to ask if you had that feature on your car.

did the shop have the infiniti service manual? if not i would suggest you give it to them and have them take a look at the suspension setup. i dont see why they had any issue since the process seems to be straightforward from the times ive seen it done on my car.

id try a different shop all together. if there are no defects or anomalies on your particular car, perhaps the shop isnt versed on infiniti's... ? dont mean to sound disrespectful with that...
